Addiction Centre Needed Now: Parent
A parent in central Newfoundland is raising concerns over delays in the new youth addiction treatment centre. The residential treatment centre is planned for Grand Falls-Windsor, but Kathy Hearn McCarthy from Gander says they've yet to break ground.
